What do you use our boards for: I use the Freewave 50L Carbon for wing foiling in the waves and in flat water. Recently, I started pump foiling and I use the Pumpfoil 95 Carbon for that. I have also tested the 83 Pumpfoil Magic and I think it's really great for riding!

What are your favorite spot(s): My favorite places are on the west coast of Denmark, for example, in Hanstholm or Vorupor. At home, Weissensee is also a really great spot with a perfect mountain panorama.

Your craziest, best, funniest, or most adventurous ride: After nearly half a year of wing foiling (only flat water on the lake), we went to Chia (Sardinia) and I went out with 2-3m waves and strong shorebreak using a 3.0 sail. At some point, the wind died down and I couldn't get back on the foil, which was a problem because I needed to gain height to get back to the shore. After what felt like an eternity, I swapped foils with a friend; I came to shore completely exhausted while he drifted 2 bays over until he finally returned.

Other hobbies when you’re not on the water: I have done gymnastics for 15 years and currently do partner acrobatics with my wife. Otherwise, I enjoy being in the mountains for ski touring or hiking.

Your goal this year: To land the backflip and Palau, and also to do 540s out of the switch. For pump foiling, to break the 15-minute mark!
