What do you use our boards for: For pump foiling, downwind pumping, surfing, and prone surfing.

What are your favorite spot(s): My home harbor in front of Lachen with the best and westernmost sunset in Switzerland.

Your craziest, best, funniest, or most adventurous ride ever: In 2024, in the Atlantic 200 meters off the lineup in Mimizan, I took a break on my downwinder. Suddenly, a large dark shadow swam under the foil. A second shadow revealed itself, rising 1.5 meters in front of the board's nose. Then I realized that a school of dolphins, about 30-40 animals, invited me to ride the waves close by and showed me how the pros have been doing it for thousands of years.

Other hobbies when you’re not on the water: Building foilboards myself and ski touring.

Your goal this year: Like in previous years, to be on the foil every day. Okay, maybe every other day in February! To spend more time wave foiling behind the boat.

Tell us about a personal achievement: Riding the foil relaxed and without tension, just like in the good old skateboard days.
